Description

  • Yoga Basic: introduce fundamental poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation methods. They focus on building a solid foundation for a safe and effective yoga practice. Mondays & Thursdays 9 - 10:15am 
  • Chair Yoga: Chair yoga adapts traditional yoga poses to be performed while seated or using a chair for support. It increases flexibility, strength, and balance in a gentle way, making yoga accessible to everyone. Monday 3-4:15pm and Wednesdays at 10-11:15am

  • Classes are donation based. 
  • Classes are limited to 12 students.
  • All reservations must be done with 24h in advance. To reserve your spot, call.


Private Classes

Private one one sessions offer personalized instruction tailored to your specific needs and goals. This individualized approach allows for deeper exploration of poses, modifications, and personal growth.

Private group yoga classes offer a personalized experience for a specific group of people, like friends or colleagues. The instructor tailors the class to the group's needs and preferences, creating a unique and shared practice.


Alignment Based Practice

 Learn the Anusara yoga methodology, a conscious slow flow that allows you to fully access the transformative power of yoga biomechanics. Alignment is the foundation of a safe and effective yoga practice. When your body is properly aligned in each pose, you can reap the full benefits of yoga, including increased flexibility, strength, balance, reduced stress, and anxiety.
