Learn the Anusara yoga methodology, a conscious slow flow that allows you to fully access the transformative and releasing power of yoga postures by helping you integrate the biomechanics of the yoga postures into your practice. It is a highly therapeutic style.
Includes breathwork, a short meditation, and relaxation at the end.

Group classes offer the wonderful energy of community. You get to practice and learn with other students, and you can help each other understand the principles of alignment to achieve the transformative and healing power of the postures. I offer group classes at the yoga space in my house or can also travel to your place.
Private yoga classes can be tailored to your specific needs and goals, whether you want to improve your flexibility and strength, or reduce stress. I have worked with students of all ages and abilities, including Ian, my 83-year-old student who wants to improve his flexibility and strength as he ages; Daniella, a busy mother who uses yoga to stretch and release stress; and Janet, who has a neuromuscular disease and needs a gentle and supervised class to develop her mobility without causing inflammation. Private classes can be taught at my studio or at your place.
