Private Yoga sessions

 Private one one sessions are the most efficient way of learn the complex art of yoga. The main purpose of a yoga practice is to grow in self-knowledge and self-expression. The capacity to know yourself and to be who you really want to be. With this in mind, my classes have an emphasis in developing self-awareness thru a Mindfull practice that allows you to grow steadily in dexterity, well-being and freedom. 

Alignment Based Practice

 Learn the Anusara yoga methodology, a conscious slow flow that allows you to fully access the transformative power of yoga biomechanics. Alignment is the foundation of a safe and effective yoga practice. When your body is properly aligned in each pose, you can reap the full benefits of yoga, including increased flexibility, strength, balance, reduced stress, and anxiety. 

Sessions can have a specific goal...

  • Class with a specific focus: Want to get stronger, more flexible? Want to work towards a specific posture? Want a breakthrough in a specific area of the practice? 
  • Therapeutics:  This sessions are highly recommended in case you have an injury: lower back pain, shoulder, knees, neck, wrist, etc. Anusara Yoga alignment principles are therapeutic and by applying them to the poses you can heal almost any bio-mechanical injury. 
  • Relax , renew and tap deeper within: a gentle restorative yoga, breath work and meditation are an excellent way to distress, find peace, renewal and inner wisdom.
