During this retreat, you'll be guided through a variety of yoga practices, including postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), vocalization (mantra chanting), and meditation. These practices, working in synergy, will ignite a powerful transformative energy within you, known as tapas, or inner fire. For three decades, I've guided others as a Mindfulness Coach and Yoga Teacher. My journey began at 16 with a powerful encounter that awakened my awareness of consciousness, body, emotions, mind, and spirit. Inspired by this experience, I embraced Tantric Yoga, devoting myself to its study and practice. Daily practice and extended stays in ashrams in New York and India continue to deepen my own inner exploration. My greatest joy comes from helping others find peace and contentment by shifting their awareness from suffering to lasting well-being.
