Mindfulness Program for Work Teams

a program for wellbeing and high performance.

I’m excited to offer this program as a way to support wellbeing and foster a more focused, creative, and productive workplace culture. In today’s fast-paced and often stressful environment, it’s more important than ever to slow down, breathe, and be present. Mindfulness practices help us do just that—and research shows they can lead to improved physical health, emotional regulation, and mental clarity, all of which contribute to greater productivity at work.

 

Throughout the program, you’ll learn a variety of mindfulness techniques along with powerful ontological coaching distinctions that can be integrated into your daily life—both on and off the job. We’ll explore mindful breathing, body scans, and meditation, along with ways to bring mindfulness into everyday activities like eating, walking, and communicating with others. You'll also have the opportunity to connect with colleagues and build community as we learn and practice together.

 

Our hope is that this program provides you with practical tools to reduce stress, improve focus, and cultivate a deeper sense of wellbeing. Let’s begin this journey together and discover the benefits of mindfulness for ourselves and our workplace.

 

The program is fully online and delivered through Zoom Meetings, allowing for real-time interaction with the instructor. It consists of 3 modules, with 8 weekly group sessions of 1 hour each. It also includes written and audiovisual support materials available online.

- Modalidad: 100% online en vivo a través de Zoom  

- Duración: 3 módulos de 8 sesiones grupales semanales (cada una de 45 minutos)  

- Incluye: Material de apoyo escrito y audiovisual accesible online  

- Interacción directa en tiempo real con el instructor

Module 1: Cultivating Wellbeing, Focus, and Clarity

In this first module, we’ll develop the skills of concentration and mental calm. The core practice involves focusing the mind on a single object—such as the breath or bodily sensations—and gently returning to that focus whenever the mind wanders. This helps improve attention, mental clarity, and decision-making ability.

By cultivating a calm and focused mind, employees can be more present, make more thoughtful decisions, and avoid being overwhelmed by stress or distractions.

Module 2: Body-Centered Inquiry

Body-centered inquiry uses the body as a tool to gain insight and clarity about our thoughts, emotions, and experiences. We learn to recognize and explore the underlying beliefs and assumptions that influence our actions and develop new ways of thinking and communicating for more effective and satisfying outcomes.

This approach is especially useful for helping executives cultivate self-awareness, emotional intelligence, resilience, insight, and empathy.

Module 3: Mindfulness for Effective Communication

A large part of workplace wellbeing is shaped by our relationships. These relationships are influenced by our perceptions and judgments—about ourselves and our colleagues—and by our ability to express needs, ideas, and opinions effectively to coordinate actions.

In this module, we’ll focus on the power of language to generate reality, and how to use it to build trust and foster effective communication in the workplace.
