For over 30 years, I’ve practiced and taught meditation as a way to come home to ourselves — not to escape life, but to meet it more fully. My journey began in the Tantric tradition of Kashmir Shaivism and has been shaped by many generous teachers including Sally Kempton, Eckhart Tolle, Adyashanti, Douglas Brooks, Christopher Wallis, Jonathan Foust, Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. These teachings continue to guide a meditation approach that blends depth with accessibility — one that honors both ancient wisdom and modern mindfulness. This is not a rigid technique. It’s a practice of returning — again and again — to your body, your breath, and the stillness that’s always here beneath the noise.
