About me

For over 30 years, I’ve walked a path of self-inquiry and transformation, supporting others in finding greater peace, clarity, and well-being.

My journey began at age 16 with a profound experience that awakened a deep awareness of consciousness, body, mind, and spirit. That moment sparked a lifelong devotion to yoga, meditation, and inner work — and it continues to guide how I serve others today.

Through daily sadhana, extended stays in ashrams in New York and India, and decades of study, I’ve cultivated a holistic, grounded approach that weaves together ancient wisdom and modern tools for healing and self-awareness.

My greatest joy lies in helping others shift from unconscious patterns and emotional struggle to a deeper connection with presence, freedom, and purpose.

Yoga & Embodied Teaching

I am an E-RYT 500 and Anusara® Certified Teacher with over two decades of experience guiding students into deeper alignment — physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Since beginning my teaching path in 2002, I’ve completed advanced teacher trainings across New York, Argentina, and India, including more than 500 hours focused on Hatha Yoga alignment and philosophy. I've had the privilege of studying with respected Anusara teachers such as John Friend, Jayendra Henley, Jordan Bloom, Susana Garcia, and BJ Galvan.

Anusara Yoga is known for its integrity, heart-centered philosophy, and alignment-based biomechanics. Earning certification within this lineage reflects my long-term dedication to teaching yoga as both a physical and spiritual path.

Meditation: The Heart of My Practice

My meditation path began in 1991 within the Tantric tradition of Kashmir Shaivism, guided by my spiritual teacher from India. Over the years, my understanding has been enriched by the teachings of Sally Kempton, various Swamis, and modern masters such as Eckhart Tolle, Adyashanti, Douglas Brooks (Rajanaka Tantra), Christopher Wallis, and Jonathan Foust from the mindfulness tradition.

In 2010, I developed a unique method for teaching meditation, which I continue to offer today in both in-person and online settings. My style is accessible, experiential, and designed to help students reconnect with stillness, awareness, and the sacredness of everyday life.

To continue growing as both a practitioner and teacher, I am currently enrolled in the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP) led by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield — a two-year professional training grounded in both Buddhist wisdom and psychological insight.

Life Coaching

My coaching approach blends 30+ years of meditation and inner work with powerful emotional and body-based methods like Ontological Coaching and Bioneuroemotion®. I guide clients in deeply listening inward, peeling back limiting patterns, and reconnecting with their true inner compass — so decisions, relationships, and life direction come from clarity, not conditioning. For me, coaching is a process of deep listening — inward and honest. It’s about learning to recognize and release the layers of old conditioning that don’t truly reflect who you are or what you believe. These layers often stem from inherited beliefs — passed down through family, culture, and society — and they quietly shape how we live, choose, and relate. In our work together, we peel back those surface patterns to reconnect with something far more real: Your inner truth. Your deepest intention for being. What genuinely moves you, and what ignites your heart. From that place, the path becomes clearer. And decisions start to flow — not from fear or habit, but from clarity and alignment.
