Program Structure

  • Format: 100% live online (zoom Meetings) or in person in local area (Dunnellon/Ocala) 

  • Duration: 3 modules, each with 8 weekly group sessions (45 minutes per session)

  • Includes: Comprehensive written and audiovisual materials accessible online

  • Engagement: Real-time interaction with the instructor

Module 1

Cultivating Well-Being, Focus, and Clarity

In this first module, we develop essential skills to strengthen concentration, calm the mind, and enhance inner clarity. The core practice involves training attention by focusing it on a single anchor — such as the breath, bodily sensations, or a grounding point — and gently bringing it back whenever it wanders.

Through these techniques, participants learn to cultivate a more stable, present, and clear mind. This directly translates into benefits such as sharper focus, better decision-making under pressure, and a more balanced response to the demands of the workplace.

When individuals and teams develop a calm and focused mind, they experience greater well-being and presence in daily tasks — helping to prevent burnout and reduce the impact of constant distractions.

Module 2

Body-Centered Inquiry

This module invites participants to use the body as a gateway to deeper understanding of their emotions, thoughts, and behavioral patterns. Through somatic inquiry, we learn to recognize physical sensations as valuable signals from our inner world, and to explore the underlying beliefs and assumptions that influence how we make decisions and relate to others.

By developing this body-based awareness and integrating it with tools from mindfulness and ontological coaching, we open up new ways of thinking, communicating, and taking action — with greater clarity, empathy, and effectiveness.

This approach is especially valuable for leaders and teams who want to strengthen self-observation, emotional intelligence, resilience, and the ability to respond consciously in challenging environments.

Module 3

Mindfulness for Effective Communication

Well-being in the workplace is deeply shaped by the quality of our interpersonal relationships — which in turn are influenced by our perceptions, judgments, and our ability to clearly and consciously express needs, ideas, and opinions.

In this module, we explore how to apply mindfulness to the way we listen, speak, and relate, with the aim of strengthening trust, empathy, and collaboration within teams.

We dive into the generative power of language: how our words not only describe reality, but actively create it — shaping relationships and either enabling or limiting effective coordination of action. Participants learn to recognize reactive communication patterns, hold difficult conversations with greater presence, and develop a more conscious, assertive, and constructive way of speaking.
