Yoga Classes

My yoga classes are designed to help you release tension and stagnant emotional energy, while reconnecting with your body’s natural vitality. Through breath, movement, and mindful awareness, you'll be invited to return to a state of calm presence — with an open heart and a grounded, tranquil mind.

I teach using the Anusara yoga methodology, a conscious, slow-flow practice rooted in the principles of alignment and biomechanical intelligence. When the body is properly aligned, each pose becomes safer, more effective, and more transformative. You'll build strength, increase flexibility and balance, and reduce anxiety and stress — all while deepening your connection to your own inner guidance.
